General Summary:
Coyote Logistics is hiring 24.7 Dispatch Support Representatives. This position receives over 5,000 inbound calls every day which is answered by this team. Whether it’s providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution, the Coyote 24.7 team is there to help with a friendly voice and no excuses mentality. No experience in logistics/transportation is required, they will train you on what is needed. Pay rate for this position begins at $13.00/hr. Your resume will need to reflect customer service or call center experience.
Qualifications:
• High school graduate/equivalent
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiasm and high energy; extreme multi- tasking ability
• Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
• No transportation experience necessary
• Bilingual/Multilingual capabilities encourage to apply
