This non-exempt full time day Community Health Worker (CHW) position will work with the Women Inspired Neighborhood (WIN) Network in Detroit. WIN Network is a collaborative partnership supported by Henry Ford that works with new and expecting mothers to build up healthy environments by surrounding participants with a safety net of social, emotional, and clinical supports.
