RISE WITH TECH

RISE WITH TECH, a small working group including leaders from Black Tech Saturdays, Detroit at Work, and GapBridge Strategies with support from Rocket Community Fund. Collectively, the goal is to serve as a workforce development partner laser-focused on increasing job opportunities in the tech ecosystem. This initiative serves both employers and job seekers by connecting Detroit residents to job openings, training opportunities and retention strategies. Founding partners include Detroit at Work, providing workforce solutions and career navigation; GapBridge Strategies, serving as a B2B workforce strategy partner; and Black Tech Saturdays, functioning as the community and professional development partner.

We are driven by the mission of connecting 450 Detroiters to tech jobs over the next three years. That's 150 tech hires annually! Job seekers: whether you are seeking training in the tech industry, upskilling, in the job market or looking to make a pivot, we are a one-stop shop for helping you grow in the local tech ecosystem.
