WEEKS 0–2: INTAKE & BARRIER RELIEF

- Outreach & referral intake
- Participant screening
- Barrier identification & stabilization

- Program readiness determination

WEEKS 3–6: TRAINING (4-WEEK COHORTS)

WEEK 5: SELECTION DEADLINE (CRITICAL)
- Top 3 participants per cohort selected
- Contractor engagement +Hiring Event
- Hiring pipeline begins
WEEK 6: PLACEMENT
