Job Description: Where state and federal laws/regulations allow, accountable for performing day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations, administrative activities; Ensures efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience. GENERAL SUMMARY:Works under the supervision of a pharmacist to process orders for medications that require special handling, preparation and/or accountability. The technician has and maintains expertise and skill in the safe handling and use of medications which require special handling, preparation and/or accountability.
