You must wear business attire (no jeans/gym shoes). This is a first level interview. Capacity is limited. Durations of recruitment events vary, so please be prepared to spend up to the full day with us.
General Summary:
The Operator will be responsible to cut, sew, embellish and pack product to the defined requirements. Pay rate is $12 per hour, weekly pay plus incentives on attendance and production. Pay could average out to $17-18 per hour from incentives. Benefits after day 1 and employee perks such as Day Care, Employee discounts and Discretionary bonuses. Representative Responsibilities:
•    Perform assigned job to a standard operation procedure
•    Meet the output requirements & specified quality standards
•    Transparent escalation of issues to immediate supervisor
•    Work collaboratively & open to feedback from team members & other support functions
•    Support team members to reach production goals
•    Freely contribute new ideas to improve systems, process, culture & work environment

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required.
•    Intermediate computer skills preferred.
•    Ability to problem solve in a collaborative & constructive manner
•    Ability to work with team members along with external and internal customers.
•    Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
•    Physical lifting (approximately 20 lbs.).
•    Tobacco free workplace
•    Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
